to prepare stuffed tomatoes :
❶ First, we prepare the tomatoes: to prepare the tomatoes, preheat the oven to a temperature of 375 degrees. Chop the tops of the tomatoes and then gently extract the insides with a spoon. Be careful not to pierce the skin. Set the tomato pulp aside in a bowl.
❷ Prepare
the filling: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the
chopped onion and garlic and fry until transparent and fragrant. Add the
spinach and cook until wilted, about two or three minutes.

vegetables, feta cheese, and also the tomato pulp that you extracted first.
Then add balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly
until everything is combined.

gently place it in a baking dish, and drizzle some oil over the tomatoes from
above.
