How To Cook Easy Meals For Dinner


To prepare a quick meal, go to the kitchen, open the refrigerator, take eggs, onions, and tomatoes, put salt, pepper, and a little vegetable oil next to you, get a frying pan for cooking, and follow the stages with me to get a speedy meal.


Ingredients For Two Pax :


  • 6 Eggs 
  • 2 Medium-Sized Onions 
  • 2 Medium-Sized Tomato 
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Pinch of (Salt & Pepper)
  • 10 Ml Vegetable Oil


Method Of Preparation:


❶ Take a plate to put the ingredients, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes, then also cut the tomatoes to the same size as the onion, and garlic also.

❷ We put the pan on low heat to heat up a little and then add the oil until we see it starting to heat up.

❸ First, add the chopped onion and gradually stir it until even, then add the tomatoes to it and stir well, also add salt, pepper, and chopped garlic.

❹ While we settle the ingredients, we take a small bowl and mix the eggs until the yolk mixes with the whites only with a fork.

❺ Add the eggs to the ingredients and then stir gently to mix the whole mixture, cover the pan, and leave it only for a moment until the mixture is cooked.


Serving on a Plate:


We take a plate to eat and put the meal as it is on the serving plate, then decorate it with some arugula leaves and sprinkle it with a little natural olive oil.
