🅐 Onions Garlic and carrots: these two ingredients must be added in such recipes, they add a delicious taste to the dish, and chop the onions and carrots randomly to be sauteed with butter.

🅑 Butter: you can use any fat you have, I'll use a little butter as a fatty substance.

🅒 Concentrated tomatoes: we add a few tomatoes to get a brownish tint.

🅓 Normal water: add cold water.

🅔 Fragrant herbs:  thyme, laurels.


How To Prepare Fish Soup


🅐 We take a large or small saucepan depending on the quantity, then put it on medium heat, this recipe takes approximately 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the quantity, the more you leave it on the fire the better and you will get a concentrated recipe.



🅑 Add a little butter, add onions and carrots to it, and then saute them together.

🅒 Add the fish carcasses to the onions and carrots, then stir well until we see the ingredients begin to stick to the bottom of the saucepan.



🅓 Add garlic, herbs, bay leaves, thyme, and a pinch of tomato concentrate to the ingredients, stirring well.



🅔 We pour cold water directly by rubbing the bottom of the saucepan to get a brown color.

🅕 After cooking and leveling the ingredients, we let them cool down a little, then take a good electric mixer and mix all the ingredients.



🅖 We take strainers to isolate and filter the bones from the fresh soup and then put it in a saucepan to reheat it when we want to serve.

We put the soup in a saucepan, then take a soup spoon and a bowl for drinking soup, and decorate the bowl with a little arugula and crispy bread.
